What are the Requirements?

  • Ability to learn new cooking techniques and skills

  • Ability to learn proper use of equipment 

  • Maintain a clean appearance and professional demeanor

  • Complete a Background Check

  • Ability to relocate for the summer (travel expenses paid by Specialty Food Services)

What will I do this Summer? 

  • Food Safety 

  •  Assisting the Executive Chef in meals

  • Prepping for meals

  • Cooking for meals

  • Proper sanitation skills

  • Inventory controls

  • Product ordering

  • Participation in scheduled meetings with the Director of Intern Development
