Eric Paquin has 20+ years in the Food and Beverage industry. Eric studied culinary at the University of Houston, abroad in Itally and has worked with the top chefs in Texas. Starting out as bus boy, Eric worked his way to become Regional Director over 12 restaurants in the South Texas Area. Eric has served in Executive levels in many concepts from Italian to Burgers to Steak Houses. Eric has invested in seeing people come together around a table. Now he is spreading that passion to those he leads

KYLE SAPAUGH

Kyle Sapaugh started his first company at 16 years old to support a local women clinic in the South Houston Area. Kyle has 15+ years of innovative business practices, he has owned a marketing company, restaurants, a tech company and a production company. He is a minister, a catalyst, an innovator and a story telling, serial entrepreneur. This spirit combined with his desire to see people build community drove his passion to create Specialty Food Services.
