Our interns, who are a large contributor to these meals, train under seasoned culinary professionals, and work alongside other college students in a wholesome kitchen environment. We believe this internship will help provide and develop the skills necessary to further your career in the hospitality and food service industry. This will be an invaluable experience with memories for a life-time!

Below is a list of task you will be doing this summer:

  •  Food Safety 

  •  Assisting the Executive Chef in meals

  • Prepping for meals

  • Cooking for meals

  • Proper sanitation skills

  • Inventory controls

  • Product ordering

  • Participation in scheduled meetings with the Director of Intern Development
